Qualifications

• 2–4 years in travel retail, duty free, beauty, fragrance or luxury, in sales operations, trade marketing or VM coordination.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, stock tracking and forecasts in a distributor or operator setting.
• Experience working with TR operators (e.g., DFS, Shilla, Lagardère, Avolta, King Power) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Orders, stock and forecasts: chase and consolidate purchase orders; track stock and weeks of cover; prepare monthly operator forecasts; maintain price lists and listings; coordinate VM and promotional spaces; forecast, order and distribute POSM and testers; run store checks and photo audits; keep door layouts and VM assets up to date.
