Job summary

Shiseido Travel Retail in Singapore is seeking an EC marketing and operations professional to manage retailer EC platforms and build brand awareness across Asia Pacific. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and retailers, support campaigns such as Super Brand Week and Alipay, and help track performance and provide insights.

The role offers exposure to the evolving Travel Retail digital landscape and stakeholder management within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Some knowledge of digital media or E-Commerce landscape in China is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• EC marketing and operation support (40%): liaise with stakeholders, update digital assets and run campaigns.
• TR promotion tracking (40%): monitor promotions and supervise agency tracking guidelines.
• Report and insights (20%): analyze EC performance and prepare quarterly highlights.
