Job summary

Shiseido Travel Retail, based in Singapore, is seeking a Finance Associate to learn and assist in the consolidation and analysis of financial data and the preparation of reports. You will work closely with Brand, Commercial and Operations to gather data and support reporting needs.

Ideal candidates have a finance-related degree, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid Excel abilities. This role offers exposure to FP&A processes within a global beauty company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate majoring in Business Management, preferably in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders from Brand / Commercial / Operations to consolidate the information for reporting requirements.
• Support in the analysis and preparation of reporting requirements.
• Support in the stabilisation and maintenance of FOCUS BPC/BI which includes support in identification of gaps in process / system, validation of data, resolution of issues.
• Provide support to collect, organise and analyse financial data for ad-hoc business requests.
