Job summary

Shiseido Travel Retail, based in Singapore, seeks a strategy-focused apprentice or graduate to help define and execute global travel retail strategies. You will work closely with the Business Strategy Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Analytical skills with ability to synthesize from vast data sources.
• Driven, resourceful, hands-on attitude, willing to learn and grow.
• Team-player with a collaborative mindset, ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and provide summary documents (retailers, competitors, regulatory, industry forecast, broader TR eco-system).
• Work with Business Strategy Director on various strategic projects to support business growth.
• Analyse data, identify best-practices and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Support in the preparation of TFWA Singapore Exhibition.
• Participate in driving AI learning and adoption across the team.
• Collect data for annual reporting on Environmental metrics.
