A leading travel agency in Singapore is seeking a Travel Operations Executive to handle bookings and arrangements for Japanese clients. The role involves facilitating travel operations, coordinating with local service providers, and ensuring smooth execution of tours. Location: Central
Job responsibilities:
  • Handle bookings and travel arrangements based on inquiries and requests from the Japan sales office received via phone or email.
  • Provide information on travel visas and entry requirements to the Japan sales office.
  • Support travel operations, including making reservations and being on standby at hotels or assigned venues to ensure smooth tour execution as instructed by the Japan sales office.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, service providers, and tourist attractions.
  • Assist with special requests and custom arrangements in coordination with the Japan sales office.
  • Monitor and manage daily tour activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
  • Work experience in admin or Tourism or Hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Business level Japanese with Japan land operators, Japan sales office & tour arrangement.
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
