Job description
  • Attend to customers travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
  • Providerecommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, traveldates, costs and accommodations base on customers requests & interests
  • Provide information on travel visa & insurance
  • Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
  • Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
  • Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
The Talent:
  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure

Working hours: 40 hours per week, (Rotating shift: 10:15am - 7:15pm & 11:30am - 8:30pm)
