You will manage driver and subcontractor duties, support route planning, maintain attendance and schedules in our systems, and ensure safety procedures are followed during handovers and daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in transport operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to organise work and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel between offices, schools and locations.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and transport management apps.

• Coordinate daily bus operations to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

Job description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to coordinate daily transport services. You will work closely with drivers, bus attendants, subcontractors, schools and parents to keep operations running smoothly and resolve service issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily bus operations, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Manage drivers, bus attendants and subcontractors, including duty assignments, attendance and replacement arrangements.
• Handle enquiries from parents, schools and crews professionally.
• Respond to delays, vehicle breakdowns, incidents and complaints, and elevate matters when necessary.
• Assist with route planning, bus allocation and adjustments when students join, withdraw or change addresses.
• Maintain accurate student lists, schedules, attendance records and operational updates in the company’s systems.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures and school requirements, including seat belt use and safe student handovers.
• Coordinate vehicle checks and follow up on maintenance, cleanliness and reported defects.
• Source and coordinate suitable subcontractors and replacement crews.
• Prepare operational reports and keep management informed of service issues.
• Visit schools and pick-up locations when required to support ground operations.
• Undertake other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Candidates with relevant practical experience are welcome to apply.
• Preferably at least two years of experience in transport operations, driver management or a similar role.
• Experience in the private bus industry or school environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to organise work, manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel and transport management applications.
