Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate daily school transport services, ensuring timely pick-ups and safe handovers.

You will manage schedules, support drivers and subcontractors, and respond to enquiries and disruptions to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include route planning, attendance monitoring, and maintaining accurate records while upholding confidentiality and compliance with school requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification; practical experience welcome.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily bus operations to ensure timely student pick-ups and drop-offs.
Coordinate drivers, attendants and subcontractors, including attendance monitoring and replacement arrangements.
Handle enquiries from parents, schools and transport crews professionally.
Respond promptly to delays, vehicle breakdowns, incidents and complaints.
Assist with route planning, bus allocation and adjustments when students join, withdraw or change addresses.
Maintain accurate student lists, schedules, attendance records and operational updates in the company’s systems.
Monitor adherence to company procedures and school requirements, including seat belt use and safe student handovers.
Visit schools and pick-up locations when required to support ground operations.
Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
