Job summary

Aedge Group Limited is seeking a capable Bus Transportation Operations Coordinator in Singapore. You will coordinate driver deployment, monitor vehicle availability, and ensure safe, efficient transport services across daily operations.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and hands-on collaboration with drivers and stakeholders to maintain fleet readiness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Nitec/Higher Nitec or relevant qualification.
• Experience in transport, logistics or fleet operations is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Organized, responsible, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily bus transportation operations to meet service requirements effectively
• Plan and arrange driver deployment, duty schedules, and vehicle assignments to optimize resource use
• Communicate operational arrangements clearly with drivers, customers, and relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections to maintain fleet readiness
• Resolve operational issues such as service changes and vehicle breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation to support transport activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support transport operations and improve service delivery

Job Summary

You will support daily bus transportation operations by coordinating driver deployment, vehicle availability, and service requirements to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient transport services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily bus transportation operations to meet service requirements effectively
• Plan and arrange driver deployment, duty schedules, and vehicle assignments to optimize resource use
• Communicate operational arrangements clearly with drivers, customers, and relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections to maintain fleet readiness
• Resolve operational issues such as service changes and vehicle breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation to support transport activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support transport operations and improve service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, Nitec/Higher Nitec, or relevant qualification preferred
• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet operations, or similar roles is advantageous
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational tasks and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams
• Organized, responsible, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
• Candidates without direct bus transportation experience but with relevant operational or coordination experience may be considered
