Uncle Lin Transport in Singapore is seeking a responsible Operations Executive to coordinate daily transport services, working closely with drivers, bus attendants, subcontractors, schools and parents to keep operations running smoothly and resolve service issues promptly.

You will manage driver and subcontractor duties, support route planning, maintain attendance and schedules in our systems, and ensure safety procedures are followed during handovers and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transport operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to organise work and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel between offices, schools and locations.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and transport management apps.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily bus operations to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Manage drivers, attendants and subcontractors, including duty assignments and replacements.
• Handle enquiries from parents, schools and crews professionally.
• Respond to delays, breakdowns and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with route planning and bus allocation as students join or move.
• Maintain student lists, schedules and attendance in the company systems.
• Prepare operational reports and inform management of issues.
• Visit schools and pick-up locations to support ground operations.
