Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation, freight delivery, and logistics operations.
• Plan and organise vehicle schedules, delivery routes, and driver assignments to ensure timely transportation of goods.
• Monitor drivers' attendance, work performance, duty rosters, and daily operational activities.
• Oversee vehicle utilisation, maintenance schedules, servicing, and roadworthiness.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and logistics personnel to ensure smooth transportation and delivery operations.
• Monitor fuel consumption, transport expenses, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
• Handle transport-related issues, delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, and operational emergencies.
• Maintain accurate transport records, delivery documentation, vehicle inspection reports, and operational reports.
• Assist management in manpower allocation, transport planning, and improving overall operational productivity.
