Job summary

CORA ENVIRONMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to join the depot operations team, overseeing daily driver deployment, route handling, and fleet movements.

You will conduct site visits, address complaints, supervise safety and asset upkeep, and collaborate with HSSE and Fleet Management to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• GCE O level or Diploma with 2+ years in logistics/operations.
• Possess a Class 3 and/or Class 4 driving license.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily deployment of routes.
• Conduct site visits and attend to complaints from stakeholders.
• Carry out accident investigation and reporting.
• Conduct toolbox briefings weekly and monthly.
• Check vehicles to ensure proper working condition before deployment.
• Monitor workers' discipline, attendance and punctuality.
• Compile and monitor sector tonnages.
• Audit routes and report excess refuse.
• Supervise workers/vehicle movement and routes.
• Coordinate logistics for special projects.

Job description

Purpose and Scope

We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the depot operational matters including daily deployment of drivers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily deployment of routes
• Conduct site visits and attend to complaints from internal and external stakeholders
• Carry out accident investigation, accident reporting and any other related issues
• Conduct weekly and monthly toolbox briefing
• Checking of vehicles and ensure all are in proper working condition before deployment
• Monitoring of workers' discipline, attendance and tardiness
• Compiling and monitoring of sector tonnages
• Route auditing and reporting of excess refuse
• Supervising workers/ vehicle movement and routes
• Co-ordinate logistics matter on special projects
• Working together with HSSE team and assist with the maintenance of the overall depot safety and movements within
• Working with Fleet Management on Vehicle planning issue for inspection and etc.
• Upkeep of company assets including vehicle, first aids & spill kits
• Perform coverage of duty when there's shortage of manpower (driver / crew)
• Any ad-hoc jobs assigned

KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS

• Completed GCE O level / Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years' experience in Logistics / Operations Management
• Possess a Class 3 and/or Class 4 driving license
• Proficient in MS office application
• Good planning, organizing, and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and comprehension of systems and process flows
• Customer service orientated, good communication and telephone skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to stay communicated after office hours for replying clients request and deployment of drivers when needed
• Able to commit to rotating weekend/ Public Holiday duties and rotating early deployment duties as early as 6.30am
• Able to work night shifts as and when required to support operational and business needs.
