Job summary

Ministry of Manpower in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director to lead Operations Development within OMRI, guiding automation and digitalisation initiatives that streamline ACE operations and strengthen the workforce support ecosystem for MWs and MDWs. Responsibilities

Lead a team in driving innovation and continuous improvement across ACE operations.
Automate and digitalise existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with Data & Ops Tech Branch, ISTD and GovTech to leverage data-driven approaches.
Monitor KPIs, analyse deviations, and propose solutions to optimise operations.
Review SOPs and doctrine to keep guidance up to date.
Plan and execute Ops Hub annual planning with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee training budget and organise in-house events to foster team culture.
