Ministry of Manpower invites a Manager/Senior Manager/Principal Manager, HR Operations & Technology to drive transformation of HR service delivery through process improvement, technology adoption and workforce analytics. You will partner with HR, business and technology teams to enhance employee experience and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Experience in HR operations, HR technology, business transformation, analytics or related fields.
Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive implementation outcomes.

Responsibilities

Drive transformation of HR service delivery through process improvement and technology adoption.
Develop workforce analytics, reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Strengthen HR operations and process excellence; review and redesign HR processes for efficiency and quality.
Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for transformation initiatives.
