What the role is:

As a Manager / Senior Manager/ Principal Manager, HR Operations & Technology, you will drive the transformation of HR service delivery through process improvement, technology adoption and workforce analytics. You will partner stakeholders across HR, business functions and technology teams to improve employee experience, strengthen operational effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making.

What you will be working on:

• Drive HR technology and digital transformation
• Support the implementation and enhancement of HR systems, platforms and digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics and emerging technologies to improve HR service delivery.
• Partner stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Strengthen HR operations and process excellence
• Review and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, user experience and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
• Develop operational frameworks and governance processes to support sustainable service delivery.
• Advance workforce analytics and data insights
• Develop workforce analytics, reports and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making
• Identify trends and insights to inform workforce planning and people strategies.
• Strengthen data quality, governance and reporting practices.
• Lead change and stakeholder engagement
• Support the adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working.
• Develop engagement and change management plans for transformation initiatives.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across HR, business and technology functions.
