Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an energetic Training Content Specialist to develop and enhance training content, including workbooks and decks, aligned with HTQA standards and brand guidelines.

You will assist in creating learner-friendly eLearning materials, support testing and readiness checks, and contribute to internal event content and post-production for training media. Weekend shifts may be required to support events.

Qualifications

• Education minimum GCE O Level.
• Diploma in Communications, Media, Design, Training, Hospitality, or related discipline is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, learning support, communications, or related roles (hospitality or service environment preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience supporting digital learning and/or basic multimedia editing is an advantage.
• Be ready to work on weekends and public holidays when required (e.g., events/operational needs).

Responsibilities

• Content Development: develop and enhance training content such as workbooks, job aids, posters and presentation decks aligned with HTQA standards and brand guidelines.
• eLearning & Digital Learning Support: assist with outlines, storyboards, basic interactions, content formatting and readiness checks before launch.
• Video, Photography & Event Content Support: support internal event coverage and media needs, including simple post-production and captions.
• Administrative, Coordination & Ad‑Hoc Support: scheduling, document management, version control and workflow tracking, meeting preparation and follow-ups.
