Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Hospitality Training & Quality Assurance (HTQA) team in delivering high-quality training programs and conducting QA audits across Luxury F&B operations. The role emphasizes service excellence, data-driven insights, and cross-department collaboration.

You will design training materials, monitor standards, and guide team members while contributing to continuous improvement of training and guest experience in a dynamic luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• Qualifications in Adult Learning & Development are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct internal QA inspections and support audits.
• Develop training materials, presentations and manuals for HTQA use.
• Collaborate with HR/Learning & Development for related activities.
• Maintain and report training and QA data to stakeholders.
