Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop training strategies.
Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Manage training logistics including scheduling, room setup, and participant registration.
Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Input data on training budget and resources; report learning results.
Provide guidance and support to employees participating in training programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Document learning results in knowledge management systems and report activities.
