Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Specialist, Talent Development to support end‑to‑end learning programmes and optimise talent development processes. You will manage logistics, maintain Workday Learning records, and collaborate with SMEs and external providers to deliver engaging content.

Role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR/Training, 1–3 years in HR/LD, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training & Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• Experience with LMS / Workday Learning or similar platforms is preferred.
• Certification such as ACTA/ACLP is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; data and dashboards experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of learning programmes including orientation and leadership training.
• Manage training logistics: venues, materials, facilitators, attendance, and evaluations.
• Maintain Workday Learning records and training calendar; ensure governance.
• Prepare learner guides, facilitator decks, and evaluation tools.
• Coordinate with SMEs and external providers for content and delivery.
• Draft communications and support learning events to promote engagement.
