Marina Bay Sands invites an Assistant Manager to support the Hospitality Training & Quality Assurance (HTQA) team in delivering high-quality training, monitoring service standards, and assisting audits to ensure exceptional guest experiences within Luxury F&B operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to develop engaging training materials and effective QA initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Minimum GCE O Level. Diploma or Qualifications in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
• Qualifications in Adult Learning & Development from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a training/QA role within luxury F&B environments.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop strategies.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage training logistics including scheduling, room setup, and participant registration.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Input and analyze training data, including budget inputs and learning outcomes.
• Support QA activities by inspecting service standards and presenting results to stakeholders.
