Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support end-to-end talent development programmes in Singapore. You will manage training logistics, records in Workday Learning, and assist in converting classroom content to digital formats.

You will collaborate with SMEs and vendors to ensure current, relevant content, while maintaining governance and data accuracy across platforms. A focus on engagement and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Training & Development or related field.
• Experience supporting LMS/Workday Learning preferred.
• ACTA/ACLP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of learning and talent development programmes.
• Manage training logistics and records in Workday Learning.
• Design and curate learning content with internal SMEs.
• Administer learning systems, course setup and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors.
• Draft communications and promote a continuous learning culture.
