Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Learning Specialist for Hotel Training and Quality Assurance. You will design and implement effective training programs to elevate team performance and guest satisfaction, using learning strategies, content development, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.

Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders on learning needs, curating training materials, and supporting QA inspections to align training with service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Diploma or qualifications in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• 2+ years in a similar training/HTQA role or hospitality industry.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation tools.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align with department goals.
• Design and curate training programs and materials, including online resources.
• Lead learning partnership discussions and analyze post-training feedback.
• Monitor training budgets and assist in planning the following year’s budget.
• Collaborate with QA to identify training needs from QA inspections.
