Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage Fleet of heavy vehicles activities to fulfill customers’ delivery requirement
• Plan and allocation/deployment of drivers and vehicles and update Transport System.
• Strategically deploy drivers, ensuring optimal roster arrangements and transport utilization
• Manage and review schedules & routing to ensure drivers to meet daily jobs with accordance to customer’s requirement
• Any other ad oc duties assigned by manager safety policies, procedures, and regulations
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on drivers/contractors’ performance
• Trouble shoot any issue during delivery team bring up facing any difficulties
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
