Job description
Duties and responsibilities
What you will do
  • Primarily trade developed market Asian rates (AUD, NZD, JPY, SGD) including government bonds, derivatives, and futures
  • Trade emerging market local currency bonds and derivatives across Asian markets
  • Execute FX trades and manage FX risk across Asian time zones
  • Manage large risk programs around inflows, outflows, and allocation shifts
  • Work closely with our portfolio managers developing ideas and contributing market intelligence to enhance returns through liquidity provisioning and relative value trading
  • Manage relationships with street sales, trading and syndicate contacts across the Asian region
  • Collaborate with our global trading team across Oslo, London, New York, and Singapore
Qualifications
What you need
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Quantitative field with strong academic records and experience in dealing with Fixed Income instruments
  • Experience in trading as well as an understanding of the relevant markets and trading systems
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to integrate AI tools into your investment process
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Asian Fixed Income products and their markets including bonds, derivatives and FX
  • Quantitative and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task and strong collaboration and communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Team player with high level of integrity
