The Role

This is a new, exciting opportunity, to join our fun and rapidly growing global team. The successful candidate will join Javelin's Trade Finance team, reporting into the Head of Trade Finance, and will assist in carrying out all aspects of day-to-day trade finance requirements of Javelin. This role would be perfect for someone with circa 1-3 years experience in Trade Finance and Letters of Credit looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Drafting and negotiating of import/export letters of credit and documents
• Liaising with Trading/Logistics team to resolve queries and discrepancies
• Maintain strong relationships with financing banks and lenders
• Building strong relationships with all employees at Javelin
• Liaise with Commercial and Operations teams on transactions.
• Negotiating LC rates and charges with banks and clients
• Monitoring and updating daily reporting via internal risk system
