Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to lead Total Rewards and C&B programs, oversee end-to-end payroll, and drive HR projects while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and statutory compliance.

The role covers salary benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation, salary structure reviews, and managing employee benefits, HRIS initiatives, and data-driven HR reporting. Mentoring the HR team and stakeholder engagement are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant HR experience with Total Rewards, C&B, payroll or performance management.
• Experience supervising or coaching HR team members.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment law (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
• Hands-on payroll, benefits, salary reviews, benchmarking and HR reporting.
• Analytical with Excel and HRIS/payroll system experience.
• Experience with HR system implementation or digitalisation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and HR projects.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and statutory compliance.
• Handle annual salary reviews, promotions, market adjustments and bonus exercises.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis and job evaluation.
• Review and maintain salary structures, benefits policies, allowances and HR SOPs.
• Manage employee benefits, including medical, insurance, welfare and vendor coordination.
• Support employee well-being, recognition and staff welfare programmes.
• Support HRIS, payroll system and HR digitalisation projects, including system implementation and testing.
• Prepare HR and compensation reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Guide and coach HR team members and support various HR projects.
