Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is recruiting an Assistant Manager (Total Rewards) to support compensation, benefits, payroll and performance management initiatives in Singapore.

The role is based in the North region with easy accessibility. You will manage end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, coordinate salary reviews and market adjustments, and oversee employee benefits and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline (5–7 years in Total Rewards, C&B, payroll or performance management).
• Hands-on knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements, payroll processing, salary reviews, bonus exercises, benefits administration and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Total Rewards initiatives covering compensation, benefits, performance management, career frameworks and HR digitalisation.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, internal controls and company policies.
• Coordinate annual salary review, promotion, bonus and market adjustment exercises, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation analysis.
• Oversee employee benefits, insurance, medical and welfare programmes, including vendor management, renewals and policy administration.
• Analyse market and internal remuneration data to provide insights on pay structures, allowances and rewards policies.
• Support HRIS, payroll and digital HR projects, including system enhancements, UAT, implementation and process automation.
• Guide junior HR team members and support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
