Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits leader to design and manage salary structures, remuneration policies and total rewards to align with market benchmarks and internal equity in a growing organisation.

You will lead benchmarking, budgets and incentive schemes, partner with Finance and HR, and drive governance, compliance and HR digitalisation initiatives while supporting senior management and department heads.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in C&B.
• Experience in large volume organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement salary structures, remuneration policies and total rewards strategies to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Lead compensation benchmarking exercises, salary surveys and market intelligence studies, particularly within the healthcare sector, to support competitive remuneration and talent retention.
• Oversee annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, salary adjustments, promotion increments and incentive programmes, ensuring consistency with performance outcomes and approved budgets.
• Review and enhance employee benefits programmes, including medical coverage, insurance, leave entitlements, flexible benefits and staff welfare initiatives, to improve employee experience and wellbeing.
• Establish robust compensation policies, approval frameworks and internal controls, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation, applicable industry guidelines and organisational governance requirements.
• Partner with Finance and HR leadership on manpower budgeting, compensation forecasting, workforce cost analysis and rewards analytics to support financial sustainability and strategic workforce planning.
• Provide strategic compensation and benefits advice to senior management, HR business partners and department heads while leading the C&B team, driving process improvements and supporting HR digitalisation initiatives.
