RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Total Rewards (Payroll, C&B & Claims) in Singapore. The role will manage monthly payroll, employee benefits, claims governance, and HRIS data integrity within a manufacturing-focused organization.

You will handle payroll calculations, statutory submissions including CPF, and assist with remuneration changes, salary reviews, and benchmarking. Office location is in Ubi with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline required.
• 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, total rewards or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and statutory requirements including CPF and employment tax reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end monthly Group payroll: inputs, adjustments, reconciliations, approvals, statutory submissions and payroll tax reporting.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and employee enquiries; keep payroll records confidential and audit-ready.
• Administer salary reviews, bonus exercises, remuneration changes and benefits, with accurate HRIS and payroll records.
• Manage employee insurance and healthcare benefits, including renewals, billing verification and benefits audits.
• Review and approve employee claims, maintain claims controls and escalate suspicious or duplicate claims.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and support payroll interfaces, system testing and new HR technology.
• Prepare reports and analytics, and support compensation benchmarking, pay equity and workforce cost analysis.
• Improve payroll, claims and benefits processes through automation and HR projects.
