Job summary

Tardis Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, C&B to lead end-to-end compensation and benefits operations for our retail workforce. You will oversee payroll, salary structures, bonuses, and benchmarking, ensuring compliance and data integrity across the HRIS.

This role partners with Finance, HR Business Partners and stores to optimize total rewards and manpower costs. The ideal candidate will have exposure to retail incentives, strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or HR Operations in retail/FMCG/service.
• Strong payroll knowledge and understanding of employment laws.
• Experience with retail incentives or variable pay is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel with strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits operations for retail staff.
• Administer monthly payroll, ensure accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Develop and administer incentive schemes to support sales goals.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Prepare C&B reports and HR analytics for management.
