Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Group Total Rewards initiatives across compensation and benefits. You will oversee job evaluation, salary structure design, and market benchmarking, guiding regional HR teams with data-driven insights.

The role requires extensive multinational experience, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to translate market data into practical remuneration strategies while aligning with local market practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment; regional/global exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of total rewards practices, including job evaluation, salary structures, and market benchmarking
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to translate market data into practical compensation recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Support group Total Rewards initiatives, including job evaluation, job grading, salary structure design, and compensation planning, backed by market benchmarking and cost analysis
• Manage regional participation in compensation surveys and ensure accurate submission and validation across HR teams
• Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on compensation and benefits policies, frameworks, and guidelines
• Review and harmonize remuneration packages
• Support bonus scheme design, cost modelling, and scenario analysis
• Review and harmonize benefits structures, allowances, and insurance programs across the group
• Partner with regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of reward frameworks while considering local market practices
• Deliver data-driven insights and modelling to support compensation strategy and pay positioning decisions
