Job summary

WECRUIT Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Total Rewards professional to lead regional compensation design, governance, and analytics. You will shape job architecture, grading, and pay structures while guiding business leaders on compensation philosophy across multiple countries.

Expect to coordinate market surveys, model financial impacts, and harmonize benefits programs, ensuring governance and data-driven decision making in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Strong expertise in total rewards frameworks and market benchmarking
• Advanced analytical capability with strong numerical and modelling skills
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic compensation insights
• Strong influencing, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
