Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Regional Total Rewards Lead to drive salary structure development, job grading, and market benchmarking across the region. You will coordinate regional responses to surveys, provide guidance on compensation policies and benefits, review remuneration proposals, and support cost analysis and scenario modelling.

The role requires 8–10 years in HR with multinational exposure, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

Degree-qualified in HR/Finance or related field.
Strong experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits.
Ability to interpret market data and translate to practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead regional total rewards initiatives including job grading, salary structure development, and cost analysis.
Coordinate regional participation in salary and compensation surveys with local HR teams.
Provide guidance on compensation policies, benefits, and reward frameworks to stakeholders.
Review remuneration proposals and provide recommendations on salary and benefits packages.
Support bonus scheme design, compensation analysis, and cost simulation exercises.
Review and standardize employee allowances, benefits, and insurance programs regionally.
Collaborate with regional HR and business teams to ensure consistent implementation of reward frameworks.
