Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support regional total rewards initiatives, including job grading, job evaluation, salary structure development, compensation planning, market benchmarking, and cost analysis.
Coordinate regional participation in salary and compensation surveys, ensuring accurate submissions and data validation with local HR teams.
Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on compensation policies, benefits, and reward frameworks.
Review remuneration proposals and provide recommendations on salary and benefits packages.
Support bonus scheme design, compensation analysis, and cost simulation exercises.
Review and standardize employee allowances, benefits, and insurance programs across the region.
Collaborate with regional HR and business teams to ensure consistent implementation of reward frameworks while considering local market practices.
Conduct pay analysis, market comparisons, and scenario modelling to support compensation and reward strategy decisions.
