Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Regional Total Rewards Lead to drive salary structure development, job grading, and market benchmarking across the region. You will coordinate regional responses to surveys, provide guidance on compensation policies and benefits, review remuneration proposals, and support cost analysis and scenario modelling.

The role requires 8–10 years in HR with multinational exposure, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in HR/Finance or related field.
• Strong experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate to practical recommendations.

• Support regional total rewards initiatives, including job grading, job evaluation, salary structure development, compensation planning, market benchmarking, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate regional participation in salary and compensation surveys, ensuring accurate submissions and data validation with local HR teams.
• Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on compensation policies, benefits, and reward frameworks.
• Review remuneration proposals and provide recommendations on salary and benefits packages.
• Support bonus scheme design, compensation analysis, and cost simulation exercises.
• Review and standardize employee allowances, benefits, and insurance programs across the region.
• Collaborate with regional HR and business teams to ensure consistent implementation of reward frameworks while considering local market practices.
• Conduct pay analysis, market comparisons, and scenario modelling to support compensation and reward strategy decisions.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified with 8–10 years of HR experience, including strong exposure to compensation & benefits within a multinational environment; regional or global exposure preferred.
• Solid understanding of total rewards practices, including salary structures, job grading, compensation benchmarking, and pay frameworks.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into practical compensation recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence across different levels of the organization.
