You will work with HR and business leaders on benchmarking, salary structures, reward planning and benefits harmonisation, delivering data-driven recommendations and insightful pay positioning. Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience in a multinational or regional organisation would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, pay ranges, job evaluation and benchmarking.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to turn compensation data and analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Total Rewards and compensation projects.

• Analyse market data and develop scenario models to support compensation decisions.
• Provide analytical insights to support pay positioning and broader reward strategy.
