Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Scheduling Officer to manage surgery slot bookings, operating theatre calendars, bed allocation and related coordination at the hospital. You will follow appointment procedures, disseminate updates to departments and handle complex caller requests.

This hands-on role requires strong customer service, adherence to service standards, and the ability to adapt to a staggered roster. You may be assigned other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Booking of surgery slots for operating theatres, booking of beds etc
• Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.
• Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.
• Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.
• Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
