Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book surgery slots for operating theatres and bed reservations.
• Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.
• Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.
• Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly with standard greetings.
• Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
