Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Caldecott, Singapore, seeks a Scheduling Administrator to manage surgery slot bookings and bed reservations for operating theatres. The role requires maintaining service standards for scheduling, following appointment procedures, and updating hospital information.

Expect 42 hours weekly, with shifts Monday to Saturday, and a pay of SGD 12 per hour. You will handle calls, maintain professionalism, and assist with other duties as assigned in a busy hospital scheduling

Qualificações

• Booking of surgery slots and beds for operating theatres.
• Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.
• Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.
• Disseminate hospital updates effectively.
• Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds.
• Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.
