Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees
  • Provide career guidance and support to employees, helping them to achieve their professional goals
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
Requirements
