Responsibilities

• Manage the full tendering process, with a primary focus on technical proposal development and submission.
• Examine tender requirements and specifications, identify key technical and commercial considerations, and coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Develop competitive and well-structured tender proposals by working closely with Business Development, Quantity Surveying, Legal, Finance and Engineering teams.
• Prepare technical tender documentation, including project schedules, technical proposals, compliance matrices, value engineering proposals, manpower plans and project execution plans.
• Establish and maintain a database of lessons learned from previous tender submissions to improve future bidding approaches and success rates.
• Develop and deliver tender presentation materials to clients, including attending tender clarification meetings to address technical queries.
• Prepare and coordinate project handover documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the Project Team following successful tender awards.
• Provide technical support and relevant tender information to the Project Team whenever necessary.
• Assist in various tender-related activities, including the preparation of pre-qualification documents, monitoring tender outcomes and conducting tender result reviews.
• Participate in tender site visits and briefing sessions to gain a clear understanding of project requirements and site conditions.
• Work closely with and report to the Senior Contract Manager or Contract Manager, while undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
