Job summary

Woh Hup in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager (Tender) to lead a team of quantity surveyors in preparing and evaluating tender submissions for high-value projects.

You will study tender documents and drawings, collate supplier and subcontractor pricing, review contract requirements, prepare reports and cost analyses, and present recommendations to internal stakeholders. You will also participate in tender interviews as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of tendering, estimating and quantity surveying experience in large projects.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QS in project tendering.
• Study tender docs, drawings, specs, source suppliers/subcontractors and collate pricing.
• Review tender documents and drawings for contract requirements.
• Prepare tender reports and analyse costings.
• Budget and pricing for tender.
• Present costings to internal stakeholders and make recommendations.
