Job summary

Woh Hup Group in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager (Tender) who will report to the Deputy Director of Contracts and oversee tender submissions. The role involves leading a team of quantity surveyors, studying documents, sourcing suppliers, and collating prices.

You will prepare tender reports, analyse costings, budget and price tenders, present costings to internal stakeholders, and participate in tender interviews.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities in projects worth at least $200 million.
