  • Draft and disseminate regular email communications with the Change Management team.
  • Manage the project’s Microsoft Teams channel efficiently.

Offered Salary

S$3,800 to $4,500 per month (Depending on qualifications and experience & subject to client’s approval)

Requirements
  • Uni Students and/or fresh graduates
  • Strong command of written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Experience in project management. Prior exposure to Agile development (e.g. sprint planning) and UAT coordination is advantageous
  • Proficiency in content management systems and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams

Job Description
Role Overview

Provide comprehensive support to the MOF project team in the modernisaation of the Instruction Manual (IM) Portal, which is developed using Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with developers to refine user stories and define acceptance criteria for each sprint.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the new Content Management System (CMS) for every release.
  • Coordinate user engagement sessions with content owners across Whole-of-Government (WOG) agencies to:
    • Validate functional and content requirements;
    • Showcase new features;
    • Confirm the accuracy of migrated content.
  • Partner with the Change Management team to:
    • Draft and disseminate regular email communications;
    • Develop training and briefing materials as needed.
  • Manage the project’s Microsoft Teams channel, ensuring timely responses to user queries and feedback.
