A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Temp Sales Admin to manage purchase orders, returns, and support the sales department with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have sales administration experience, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have knowledge of SAP. This is a 4-month contract position with a 5-day work week. Responsibilities

  • Process Purchase Orders, returns and exchanges in SAP.
  • Work with the warehouse on delivery updates.
  • Compile weekly retailer sales reports.
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks.

They are currently looking for Temp Sales Admin to address any query, with a driving ambition to transform owners into passionate advocates of the brand.

  • Process Purchase Orders, returns and exchanges in SAP
  • Work with the warehouse and relevant team on delivery updates.
  • Compiling weekly retailer sales reports; Estimating total month sell-out support based on actual sell-out data.
