A prestigious university in Singapore is seeking a Temp Admin & Finance Executive to support financial operations and general administration. The ideal candidate will handle operations within financial systems, process claims, and assist with budget planning. A bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field and relevant experience are required. This temporary position offers a salary of up to $4,000 and will last for 2 months, from January to February.

Overview

We are seeking a Temp Admin & Finance Executive to support financial operations and general administration for prestigious University

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle operations within financial systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP) following procurement policies.
  • Process and verify claims, including business travel and honorariums.
  • Provide data support for budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff.
  • Take minutes for monthly admin meetings.
  • Support logistics for management and executive committee meetings.
  • Perform general office administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, or related field.
  • Relevant working experience in finance or administrative support.
  • Proficient in office software and financial systems.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
