Job description

Fairdeal Realtors Pvt Ltd is a prominent player in the Indian Real Estate sector, established in 1995. Specializing in commercial real estate, including office spaces, retail spaces, and industrial properties, we have served over 5,000 large and medium commercial clients across 8 major cities in India.

As an Executive - Telesales reporting to the CEO and based in Mumbai, Andheri East, you will be an integral part of our Marketing team. We are looking for a proactive Telesales Executive with a genuine interest in real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales through various channels such as telephone, online interactions, and video calls.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead generation by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and other methods.
  2. Demonstrating a deep understanding of our commercial property offerings.
  3. Building and maintaining client relationships by understanding their requirements and proposing customized solutions.
  4. Following up with leads, addressing client inquiries, and facilitating property viewings to close sales successfully.
  5. Staying updated on market trends in commercial real estate to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.
  6. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and business development processes.
