Job Description

We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to play a key role in client engagement and lead generation. You will be the first point of contact for prospective SME clients — introducing Websentials’ services, qualifying leads, and arranging appointments for the Business Development team.

Job Responsibilites
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to understand client needs and present Websentials’ solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and assess prospects for suitability and potential for sales engagement.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule meetings with qualified leads and ensure smooth handover to Business Development.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead progress.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Maintain engagement with prospects through timely follow-ups and meaningful communication.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback from client interactions to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
