Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service.
• Experience in telecommunications is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer renewals and contract expiries.
• Prepare quotations and process renewal documents.
• Maintain relationships with Telco customers via phone and email.
