Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin Support in Singapore to manage customer renewals, handle communications, and support sales administration. The role involves engaging Telco customers, recommending suitable connectivity plans, and ensuring timely renewal decisions.

Training on products, systems, and processes will be provided. On-site role based at Tiong Bahru with standard hours and occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service or related field.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Comfortable learning and using online portals and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are approaching expiry.
• Advise customers on upcoming contract renewal options and maintain relationships.
• Recommend suitable Telco plans based on customers' business needs and upsell opportunities.
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to renewal reminders and quotations.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain required documents and approvals and monitor status until activation.
